In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property's reception opening hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00 Saturday: 11:00 to 14:00 Sunday and Public Holidays: 12:00 to 14:00 Guests checking in must be over 18 and have a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. Debit cards are not accepted. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with American Express credit cards. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit cards. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy.' Failure to comply with property policies may result in guests' eviction and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has no policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee school graduate guests' safety, comfort and convenience during this period.
