Foreigners and nonresident Colombians are exempt from VAT if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific, sports, conventions or business (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the "PT" code with a validity of 90 days. If there is any modification to the applicable regulations, we will proceed to inform you immediately. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Room service is available daily until 22:00.
