You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Once the reservation is confirmed, a 3D secure payment link will be sent to the guest to complete the payment for Non-Refundable and Peak Period bookings. Kindly be advised that guests are required to present the same credit card used to prepay the reservation upon check-in for verification purposes. Should the original card not be available, the property reserves the right to reprocess the full payment using an alternative method. The initial charge will be refunded in accordance with the property's policy. All room types, with the exception of the Three Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, are entitled to one complimentary parking space. The Three Bedroom Deluxe Apartment includes two parking spaces, subject to availability. Guests are required to present a valid original photo ID along with the credit card used for the booking at the time of check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are kindly encouraged to provide their estimated time of arrival in advance. This information can be shared through the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property directly using the details provided in the reservation confirmation. Please note that the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Kids’ Playground are located near Block C, approximately an 8-minute walk from Block A. Breakfast will be served in either Block A or Block C; the Front Desk Team will advise guests of the designated location upon check-in.
