Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cats and dogs are welcome, but certain dangerous breeds are restricted, and proper approval and screening are required. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $30 per pet, per night, applies for up to 14 days. Starting from day 15, the pet fee is capped at $150 per pet.
