Pousada com um custo benefício ótimo, simples porém bem aconchegante, limpinho. Café da manhã básico mas tudo bem saboroso, fresquinho e completo... otima localização e anfitriões bem receptivos

Good afternoon,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Pousada Territorial, located in Morro de São Paulo – Bahia. We stayed in this hostel in January 2026 and unfortunately our experience was extremely frustrating in the face of various problems found in the room.
The shower presented an electrical risk, because when trying to turn it on we carried shock in the record. The sink was dirty and dirty, the beds were old, with hard and uncomfortable mattresses, as well as equally tough pillows. The fridge bar did not work, the TV could only be turned on by going up the bed, the room was dark, poorly ventilated and without any comfort. To complete, not even a soap was available in the bathroom, which is the minimum expected in a lodging.
The breakfast was terrible: hard couscous, appearing to be from previous days, sleeping breads, no fruits, old coffee, as well as poor-humoured employees and with inadequate clothes to serve the customers.
I ask that this complaint be taken forward, because it is not fair with the guest, who programmes for a whole year, invests time and money, and when arriving at his place of rest finds nothing of what was offered in the photos and advertisements. The presented reality was completely different from what was disclosed.
I expect arrangements and improvements, so that other guests do not go through the same situation.

O atendimento realmente fez toda diferença na minha estadia, quando cheguei o quarto que ia ficar apresentou alguns problemas, falei com o Rafael que prontamente se colocou a disposição para me ajudar e resolveu na medida do possível todas as minhas solicitações. Em relação ao café da manha, em quanto a pousada estava com poucos hospede as moças do café. A Jane e a Rose faziam na hora tapioca, ovos mexidos, tudo muito bom, depois chegou uma excursão, ai ficou uma pouco difícil, tivemos que descer mais tarde pois o pessoal tomava conta das mesas, mas o carinho deles se destacava, pois quando chegávamos para tomar café eles, traziam os bolos que gostávamos, pois tinham guardados uns pedados pois não queriam que nós ficássemos sem. São gestos assim que fazem todo a diferença, sem contar as dicas de lugares, e comidas que recebemos delas. de nossa parte certamente voltares lá. Muito obrigada

Equipe legal. Mas o banheiro estava sujo, limpeza e troca de toalha a partir de 2 dias, já troca de lençol a partir de 3 dias

Foi um pouco dificil achar, nao tem placa sinalizando nada, mas uma dica pro pessoal, é o ultimo hotelzinho do beco.
Primeiro ponto, nao tinha sabonete no banheiro, pedimos e nao nos atenderam.
Segundo ponto foi uma goteira em cima do beliche, botamos algumas coisas la e saimos , quando voltamos estava tudo ensopado, avisamos mas tambem nao resolveram nada.
Mas pelo valor barato valeu a pena, pra conhecer o morro de sao paulo.
Cafe da manha foi otimo, pessoal da cozinha muito gente boa.
