Was expecting a bit more from a 5-star spa hotel, The spa is a quite small swimming pool, and a dry sauna that is around 75 celcius.
I was put in a room which was connected with a door to a family room, so it was unfortunately quite noisy, and it was not possible to change room.
But all in all it was a okay stay.

Pullman Riga

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, with underground parking nearby. Despite my Gold level, I was initially denied upgrade, citing that all rooms were occupied. I went to the chord app and showed them that it wasn't. The employee caught lying blushes thickly, apologizes for the mistake and still provides the upgrade.
The hotel restaurant is terrible: the kitchen is disgusting!

Not a five star hotel

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it very easy to walk around and enjoy the area. However, it is situated in a pedestrian zone where private cars and taxis are not allowed. If you have heavy luggage, it can be quite difficult and complicated to pull your bags to the designated pickup and drop-off area for taxis.
The worst thing about the hotel was that our room had virtually no air circulation. Although it was equipped with an AC unit, the room remained extremely humid and damp. Our clothes and papers actually got wet and began to smell of mildew. Despite the AC, the room stayed hot and humid, making it impossible to sleep or spend any comfortable time there. We were sweating constantly.
Housekeeping was mediocre, and the shower was dirty. Additionally, the room did not have a closet, dresser, or any cabinets to store our personal belongings and clothes.
This definitely wasn't a five-star hotel—more like a three- or four-star property at best

Customer is king they don't know.

At check-in they were quite friendly. Once we arrived in the room, the room looked neat. Only the bathroom was not inviting. A smell of rotten eggs came out. I went to reception and these were supposed to send the cleaning lady. I've been gone for almost an hour and there hadn't been a cleaner. Eventually called to reception within 5 min there was a cleaning lady. The cleaning lady arrived with new towels and did not know what the problem was. I tried to explain it to her and she disappeared more. Finally a few minutes later the cleaning lady came back with the plumber. I've been sitting in my room all this time, and they're arguing and solving. Final score they threw in a lot of soap or some kind of cleaning product. This took an hour and waited all this time. For the next time another room or make sure it is fixed in advance.

Not a five star experience

We booked a Premium Superior room, thought it looked good in the pictures, but we got a completely different room without a view, with small window, the guy at the front desk said the room is the same size...
Our TV worked sometimes, sometimes not, no great loss with those channels
There were no wardrobes, no steamer, the shower had moldy joints, the towels smelled musty, the last morning we had no towels left when we came from breakfast...
The breakfast room is very boring, the breakfast is very expensive and mediocre, there is a cafeteria next door, if you against expectations want to stay there, I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast
