Beautiful location, solid offering

The somewhat exposed location offers a beautiful view of the mountains, especially when one can eat outside. It is about a 20-minute walk to the village, though. The room concept could certainly be improved; it is very noisy, the bathroom is not suitable for tall people, and the balcony, if one can call it that, is tiny. Otherwise, we had a good dinner there; the breakfast is relatively limited, but sufficient to start the day. They kindly let us watch soccer until quite late, even though no one else was there, very friendly. For one or two nights, you can't go wrong there.

The worst place where we stay

This hotel was highly anticipated. When Teth became part of our Albania road trip itinerary, we were looking for a cozy mountain hotel. Total disappointment. The room looked more like a storage room. No introduction whatsoever. The worst of all: the bathroom. Words can't describe it. The shower was literally in the middle of the toilet, with water dripping all over the floor. The breakfast was poor, and the welcome left a lot to be desired. 80 euros for one night... Definitely the worst place we stayed in Albania.

Unfriendly, Loud, Hot, Small. For this price there is better

I don’t know what royalty is supposed to be here and which natural people stay here so nightly and which standard they are used to. Maybe they are happy not to have a shared dormitory, otherwise this accommodation was one of my most uncomfortable on a trip through Europe. The staff can't greet either on arrival or at breakfast, you feel directly uncomfortable. At check-in there is a man standing at the bar (there is a sign here restaurant and reception outside) so you approach him. But he doesn't react and brings someone else, I don't know that you don't have the slightest decency here to react a bit nicely. Even if we speak other languages, he can at least say something in his own that would be more polite. Or you can write to where reception is really for check-in if the man at the bar is not and otherwise there are no staff here. Well, he then picks up from the next room a person who does the check-in and check-out anyway. The room itself is crassly small, you bump your head on the sloping ceiling and hardly have room to unpack and sort your clothes. The balcony is just as tiny and uncomfortable. Positive is the beautiful and quiet view. Less quiet it is then inside the room here you can hear doors slamming all night and the adjoining rooms even when they speak at normal volume. I would advise anyone interested to look for another room in the area, because for the price they get better. The room has no air conditioning and it was very hot. The bed was uncomfortable.

Good value for money around the village of Theth

Rustic rooms in stunning surroundings
Our room had a little balcony with the most amazing view to the mountains. Silvana is a great host and speaks very good English.
They serve a good homemade breakfast which can be enjoyed in the garden if the weather allows it.
The way to the property from the main road is rather bumpy.
