Hotel of Horror

Nightmare Tower would better describe these sifty hangouts. On arrival at 5 pm no one from the reception was to be found, although check in should be possible from 2 pm!Only by great luck the boss came after a few minutes and started the nightmare. The rooms can only be reached through a crooked neon-lit dark hallway. The first room we were supposed to move into smelled disgustingly of cold smoke paired with undifiable odors of moderation, which is how I imagine the bad breath of a rat. It was logical that we immediately checked the bed and of course that was scruffy too, with hair on it and blood stains!!! When asked if we could please get new bedding, the outrageous and unfriendly boss only said: You are welcome to go to another hotel! Then he offered us two alternative rooms, which of course were no better! Finally, we decided on the least fussy room. You can imagine that the bathroom was disgusting, of course. Starting with the urine stone toilet, the dirty shower and as a highlight a hair dryer that sounded like a jackhammer, it probably explodes at some point. At three in the night, a "special" clientele moved in, with aggressive shouting ala Talahon. Finally, I am sure that researchers in this hole could certainly detect new viruses, bacteria and possibly even living things. In short: After that ghastly and itchy night, we would have liked to boil ourselves and everything we had with us.
Please, please don't be fooled by the pictures on the website and also read the reviews of others!

The worst thing there could be!

The Wasserturmhotel Mannheim was an absolute disappointment. Were here with children of 4.10.25, were supposed to stay there -traveled but on the same evening again.The room stank of smoke even though it was supposedly smoke-free room,was dirty,stank and was full of cobwebs – obviously hardly cleaned here. There was no hot water, and the whole place seemed run-down and unkempt. For this price, that's a cheek. Uncomfortable, unhygienic and completely overpriced – never again!
Is an imposition to stay there with children!
The hotel should be checked urgently!

Never comeback hotel!

We weren't told we had to pick up the key in the key vault. It smelled dirty, the rooms were not clean, especially the bathrooms. The rooms smelled like smoke, in the shower I hurt myself on protruding screws. Towels lying on the floor were not changed. There was no towel as a bath mat, no bedside table, no bedside lamp. In one room there was no closet and no hangers, in one room the shutters did not go, the curtain was a joke, came down in part already! In one room, the shutter belt is torn off.
The location was ok, the breakfast sufficient. The two staff we met at reception were nice.

There was no breakfast, the room bathroom had a very bad water escaped and got everytime flooded.

Dirty and creepy,

Dirty, under all the sows, that can even call itself a hotel.
I'm really not fussy, but I haven't seen that yet.
Best to close immediately. I don't know how such a hole could have opened.Under all the sows.
