We requested fans to help cope with the heat, but even then the stay remained uncomfortable, especially with the high temperatures in August\.
Considering the amount we paid, the level of accommodation and services provided does not justify the cost\. It is possible to find hotels with no air conditioning at lower prices, whereas this hotel does have air conditioning units, but unfortunately they did not perform their intended function\.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we hope that the hotel management will take care of maintaining the air conditioning units and ensure their effectiveness, as this has a direct and significant impact on guests’ comfort and the quality of their stay.
. We also demand compensation from Hotel\.com management; otherwise, we will never deal with them again\.

excellent room we were upgraded to family room and everything was perfect
