Horrible experience
Horrible reception, the wait for the procedures is endless; when you come to a hotel after a long trip, it is to rest and not to stay an hour in the lobby. The key card system is broken. And the icing on the cake, when we finally get our rooms, we discover that our rooms have not been cleaned, so back to the front desk and another endless wait to get our room. First and last time at this hotel. Plus, the smell in the room hallway leaves something to be desired. And the cleanliness is not there. Really disappointed

Les difficultés rencontrées à votre arrivée, le dysfonctionnement du système de cartes, ainsi que le délai supplémentaire dû à l’état de préparation de votre chambre ont considérablement dégradé votre expérience, et nous le regrettons vivement.
La propreté de nos chambres et de nos espaces communs ainsi que la qualité de l’accueil sont des priorités essentielles pour notre établissement. Les problèmes que vous soulevez concernant la propreté et les odeurs dans les couloirs ne correspondent pas aux standards que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
Votre retour a été transmis aux équipes concernées afin que ces différents points puissent être vérifiés et que les mesures nécessaires soient prises. Nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour les désagréments rencontrés et espérons avoir l’occasion, malgré cette première expérience décevante, de vous montrer une image plus conforme à nos standards lors d’un prochain séjour.

Overall, the hotel was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars experience to me. The staff were all nice and helpful, and the location is right in Midtown. I did notice, which I didn’t dock on the star review as I don’t know if it was supposed to be given every day or not, but the first few days I was receiving 2 free bottles of water a day, but after that, I stopped receiving them, but it didn’t affect my feelings of the hotel, and if and when I go back to Constantine, I will use this hotel again.

I would like to thank the staff of Novotel Constantine, especially the receptionist Didine. He is a very polite person. We received a wonderful welcome from him.
