It is a B, not a B&B

The "B" was very clean. It had a great layout and an incredibly comfortable bed.
The Manager/Owner (?) Didn't appear to be very people friendly, but was helpful.
They do not do Breakfast, however there was a toaster, microwave and kettle for your use.

Nice b&b in a good location

Lovely spacious room , near to all the shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet road except for the birds , overlooking the river. Although we only saw the proprietor briefly to pay for the room, it would have been nice to have more personal contact.

Fantastic!

We stayed here overnight on a weekend for a wedding in town.
The location is fantastic, a couple of mins walk to the shops.
We had the river view cottage, the room was very clean and perfect! The bathroom was lovely and had plenty of room.
Had all the facilities that you would need, little kitchen, iron etc...
Even had a little dining table, where you can sit and have a drink with a lovely view!
The bed was very big and so comfortable!
The room is very quiet and private and there is also undercover parking.
Joan the owner is very nice as well.
There are alot of signs around the room, but that didn't really bother us that much, rather know what to do than not know.
Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway

My partner and I stayed in the cottage last year and we have booked again this year, it was private, clean and perfect for a weekend away. The location was great, less than a 5 min walk to the shops. Under cover parking. The price is very reasonable and the owners were lovely. Would recommend to anyone.

Too many instructions to feel at home

The cottage and location on the river were lovely, but the list of instructions about what to do and, mostly, not to do, really interfered with our enjoyment of the cottage. It almost felt as if we were intruders. I think the owners have been doing this too long and/or being badly treated by previous guests.
