Long Stay

We are currnetly booked in for a long stay at Quest Springfield, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived the entire experience was comfortable, welcoming, and hassle-free.
The apartments are modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Having a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and excellent housekeeping services made it feel like a home away from home.
What really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made a lasting impression and contributed greatly to such an enjoyable stay.
The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local amenities, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.
We thoroughly enjoying our time at Quest Springfield and would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend Quest Springfield to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality accommodation with exceptional service. You won't be disappointed!

Reception very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Not a lot around the hotel as the area looks relatively new - definitely need a car to get around. Hospital is next door if you are visiting.

Question Springfield

Overall a nice place to stay. I frequent staying here as is close to work. Never had an issue with staff they are normally helpful. Some maintenance needs to be addressed but with the new owner this seems to be making quick progress. Unfortunately the maintenance time on getting parts and etc are out of their hands.
Overall I’m always happy to stay.

Convenient bit of luxury

We recently had handover for our new home at White Rock and it was convenient while waiting for our furniture truck.
