The entire place had a funky smell to it.
The lift was the slowest lift I have ever used. Painfully slow.

The neglect and poor standard of cleaning really needs to be addressed. The build up of hair in the bathroom didn't just happen, the room clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time.
Surfaces need a thorough wipe down, every cup and utensil needed checking.
Broken lights in every room.
The fragrance on the lobby of overwhelming.
I'm not sure how the staff can bare it.
The beds are comfortable and clean.
