The buggy was very nice to go around. And it was included on the price.

Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried

Beautiful views from the balcony! The place is a great concept, wish it were a little cleaner, we had to wear our shoes inside or we would have black feet in minutes from the dirty floor. And there was hair in the tub drain. It was nice to have laundry in room. The balcony door needs two people to slide open but once you’re out there, it’s a million dollar view! The person from icare never contacted us a single time, and I had to reach out for check out instructions at 7:30pm the night before our flight because no one had contacted us at all. Luckily we didn’t need anything during our stay and were self sufficient but it was sad seeing that the service was great in the guest book by multiple guests, but we received no service besides charter from the airport, and luggage delivery to airport after we were told to take our buggy and ourselves to the airport. We had a wonderful time and these shortcomings didn’t ruin our trip, however it would have been nicer if these things didn’t exist!

Comfortable unit with everything necessary for a good stay. Unit cleanliness was suboptimal.

The apartment had cupboards with no longer in use old appliances. Unclean bench tops etc.
location was excellent but the "condition" was not we would have expected.
