Amazing hotel with great staff. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. A perfect honeymoon getaway.

The cleaning staff need to be retrained in cleaning rooms and topping up supplies ie shampoo hand wash toilet paper. Our room bedding wasn’t changed in 7 days, just folded over. Thankful we had clean towels but no sweeping. No close bathrooms near the pool so you need to walk through the restaurant. There’s space near the swimming pool to install bathrooms/change room. Room for improvement definitely. Callum at front desk was fantastic to deal with, view of the water amazing close to everything but the complex is very tired.

Great location, friendly staff and decent amenities. The room was extremely dated however and not clean. Mould in bathroom.
Needs to be re-done. For the price, pretty disappointing

We had a Coral Sea view room and it was an absolutely beautiful view. We liked the location of the hotel and the ability to use the tennis courts for free and the pools on some of the other properties. The breakfast was okay but you have to go early in the morning (like 6:30) or else it gets too crowded. This is very much a family resort and not a romantic couples getaway destination.

Wonderful stay!

Lots of reviews say this place is dated and a bit musty smelling. Not true! Our room and balcony were spacious, the hotel amenities were great, staff friendly and helpful and lifts lightning fast! And 30 secs walk to the beach. Oh and get the breakfast.... the buffet is stunning!
