Hilltop Paradise

I had the best time at Hilltop Hideaway. It really is an absolute Paradise tucked away in Mount Ninderry. The hosts are so warm, friendly and helpful, and I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The place is beautiful and clean, with a spacious, light-filled lounge and a magnificent garden. It's such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade muesli and jam. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily come back . I highly recommend Hilltop Hideaway.

There are two rooms, coming off a lounge room, which are all very spacious, big tick.
We arrived at 5pm. The whole place was locked up on a day that was 30 degrees. It was boiling hot. NO AIR-CONDITIONING AT ALL. None in the lounge, none in the bedroom. We opened it up but it was still unbearably hot when we went to bed at 10pm.
The next morning it was already hot at 9am. This is a serious issue.
The bed was comfortable enough but the mattress is showing signs of age.
Toilet runs on tank water but put some blue loo in it, the water is very dark grey.
Very clean. Nice breakfast, but needs attention to detail and a 2026 flavour.

Hilltop Hideaway is an excellent place to stay.
Beautiful view over the back of the property.
Very clean. The mattress on bed is just right for my husband and myself.
The host and hostess are warm and friendly.
Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful location. Property is stunning. The breakfast was continental with all the extras. Hosts are lovely.

Comfort, relaxation, clean, tranquil, fantastic hosts. Plus plus plus. The list goes on.

The hideaway is right up in the range with sea breezes and views to die for. The accomodation feels very homely, relaxing and elegant and most of all welcoming.
The hosts Alan and Janice are really the nicest people you will ever meet, they make you feel so welcome without being too intrusive.
We stayed in the magenta room that opens up onto the back deck and it was open and air, we slept all night with the glass sliding doors and window open and listen to the sea breeze rustle the trees. PS. It is QLD keep the screens closed to keep out the little buzzing things lol.
Slept like a baby as it was so comfortable with high quality pillows and linen.
They offer a continental breakfast that includes all the usual continental inclusions, plus Janice’s home made jam and marmalade. #amazing.
I could just keep going on and on but if you’re looking for a relaxing night away or stay, this place is definitely a goer.
5 stars is not enough, it a ho away from home.
We will be staying there every year for our anniversary plus in between stays when it allows .
