Amazing staycation
From check in to check out, what an amazing experience. Shout out to Trung who made our breakfast experience amazing. The rooftop bar was fantastic as was the Reef restaurant. The rooms and facilities are next to none. My daughter used the gym.

“Good Location and Friendly Staff”
We are a family of three who booked two rooms for seven nights, from May 30 to June 6, 2026. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent — well-mannered, patient, and very helpful, even during the unusual flooding on May 31 that caused a sudden road closure outside the hotel. Despite receiving no prior notice from the authorities, the team handled the situation professionally and did everything they could to assist both current and arriving guests. Special thanks to Sir JAMES, the Night Manager, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious, with comfortable beds. Housekeeping was outstanding, especially Ms. ARMAE, who catered to all our needs with care and efficiency.
Breakfast at Reel Restaurant was delightful, offering a good variety of options. Mr. Trung was consistently courteous and professional, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. We appreciated the juicer, and we’d like to commend the chefs (though we didn’t catch their names) for accommodating our dietary needs as Muslims by providing alternatives to pork — a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us.
18 Knots, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was another highlight, with its marvelous 360-degree view of the city.
The hotel’s location is perfect — convenient and within walking distance to everything we needed.
We had a pleasant stay and appreciate the staff for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Great hotel with fabulous location and rooftop bar!
Great hotel with nice staff and really good service all round. From the front desk to the restaurant, everything was top notch.
I especially liked the rooftop bar, which because of its location and popularity, was always booked up, and as a resident it was slightly annoying, but business is business I suppose. Location is fabulous and both room cleaning and the laundry service was great. I will definitely stay again.

Great service.
My sister and i checked into the hotel on the 19th of July 2026. We got an early check in at 1/30pm. Which was great.
We were starving and ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu.
A gentleman called Trung delivered the meal. He was so professional, courtesy, and made us feel welcome. We remembered him from our previous stay at the hotel at breakfast, Just excellence service from him.
Will be back there again. Take note Westin hotel Perth you need to put the club sandwich on your room service menu.
