Exactly what we needed
Incredibly friendly staff we really appreciate the time they took to look after us we will be back if ever in Perth

Needs major refurbishing.
Needs urgent refurbishing.
First impressions when you enter reception area and see the state of the walls next to the lifts. Wallpaper peeling and panels removed next to carpet.
Our rooms could have featured in a crime novel with stains on the floor, sofa, curtains and even the lampshade, looks like blood!
WiFi drops in and out. One Socket doesn’t work in room. Kettle looks like a rock pool at the bottom, never used it.
We picked the hotel because it had an indoor ‘heated’ swimming pool.
The children tried to go in but it would be better marketed as a Norwegian fjord experience. Reception state that the heater had recently broken down however they did not sound convincing.
The hotel is rated as 4 star however would realistically be graded as a budget hotel in uk terms 2 or 3 star at most.
Avoid this hotel and go elsewhere.

Pleasant experience.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
