Nice stay

Everything was very nice, enjoyed our stay. Nice and friendly staff, close to train and shopping, Just a warning , nothing to do with Quest however we went to the restaurant down stairs”Tassels” we were rushed to have our entree and main at the same time as the kitchen was closing at 8:30pm we arrived at 8:10pm. The food was awful, the squid in the marinara was so tough couldn’t eat it, the pasta was very under cooked, the grilled fish was so over cooked and dry I couldn’t swallow it. It was expensive and the staff couldn’t get us out of ther quick enough. But the Quest was excellent

It is disappointing to read you didnt enjoy your meal at the restaurant around the corner, this is unfortunate, there are however many other restaurants within a short drive or walk from the hotel which we would happily recommend to you should you have the need to stay with us again.

Great location

Overall a good stay, staff were very helpful and the car parking very convenient and giving good access to the room. Our a/c had been swtiched so we had to open the window to get some air - the noise was so loud that we did not sleep. This did not happen on previous stays.

Good for a city escape

Innaloo might not be your first choice for a city stay but maybe it should be considered. Surprisingly close to shopping options and entertainment with easy prking and transport links

Very well presented and clean

Very well presented and clean. Strong and hot shower. Microwave and kitchen facilities. Close to buses and trains. PATS friendly. (Patient Assisted Travel Scheme for regional Western Australia) Very helpful staff. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Smooth process for check in. Clean room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall.
