Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere to stay here in Shepparton, this is the place to be!
The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the amenities and service that you get from the staff here, is phenomenal. At no time, has anything, been a bother and the noise level is amazing. You don’t hear a thing. This was important to me because having an autistic child can be quite challenging, not just for me, but for other guests comfort too, and I didn’t want to be a burden on them.
Not only are you in the centre of town but you are close to a supermarket, a gymnasium, a butcher, the local Victoria Park Lake, Aqua Moves, Shepparton art Museum and you are within walking distance to whatever food takes your fancy, whether that be takeaway, a pub, or restaurant.
Throughout my stay there was quite a bit of disruption in that the apartments were restyled. The new furniture took a little bit of getting used to.
I was quite adamant I hated it, however the furniture itself is actually beautiful.
It’s practical. It’s heavy in terms of its weight but it streamlines, the cleaners daily jobs, and boy do go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.
Although Quest has a strictly no smoking policy, they do accommodate the smoker, with a balcony and or designated smoking area.
The staff here are beyond friendly. It’s almost as if you become family to them. They are so easy to talk to, about anything that’s on your mind.
My overall experience here has been phenomenally excellent. I trust yours will be better than mine.

Location, Hospitality, Comfort!
Location-- within walking distance of Coles, K mart, Aldi, Dan Murphy, chemists and other shops on one side, and the lovely walking trails around the lake on the other. Unbeatable convenience.
Hospitality--Excellent staff-- warm, welcoming and very competent. They make you feel like you are at home, unfailingly, every single day.
Comfort-- Recently renovated, the well laid out rooms have every comfort you need when away from home. Latest appliances, a well equipped kitchen, well appointed furnishings. And so neat and clean. The house keeping staff are amazing at what they do!
The very best stay!
