Elevator was not working and emergency exit stairs were needed to access the room. Was aware of this prior to staying. However, stairs and access were not well kept and should have been cleaned.

Loved this hotel. The mini bar was the best stocked and most reasonably priced compared to anywhere I've ever stayed. Local produce, French champagne and it was priced the same as if you bought directly.
The staff were friendly, professional and considerate. The view was stunning and the room décor was classically finished. Loved the location, energy of the hotel and it was very clean!

They were incredibly helpful in giving me an early check in as it was possible. Helped me freshen up and make the most of the day’s plans. They also held my luggage on leaving day, which was again helpful. The room view of the beach was fantastic! I couldn’t get the doors to open, so that was the only drawback and I am sure if I had asked I would have got help for that.

Great location so close to the beach and lots of places to eat band drink. The hotel itself is a busy bar at weekends.
Room was clean and all you needed. Staff very friendly as was everyone in Sydney.
