Great place and location

Lovely space and easy to access everywhere I planned to in Sydney, very clean.
Wifi was not good but was thankful for it

Paid parking needs to be advised on website had to pay extra

Great 3 days with family
Location- public transport by bus to city, casual walk to circular quay 45 min, uber to city around $12-$15 au 2 min walk to world famous Harry’s Cafe de Wheels.
Limited Local area 1hr street parking
Small children’s playground and basketball court in near vicinity (please check the area before letting kids play as there are disposed needles lying around. Quite location felt safe and slowly been restored
We had 1 studio apartment and 2 1 bedroom apartments studio needed updated bathroom
Large hallways quite only one elevator working low rise parking cost extra $105 per apartment which was not advertised prior as website and confirmed booking clearly states amenities secure parking it does not say extra cost.

This is my third stay at Nesuto. The first two times were wonderful - I was upgraded on my first visit to a huge 3 bedroom apt because the studios were being painted. The second time I got a large studio in great condition with a fantastic view of the City at night. This time , however I had what looked like a neglected studio with the kitchen counter surface peeling off, no plug for either the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin( I did get one when I asked). When I mentioned on my first day that I could not connect to the internet even though I was connected to Nesuto ‘s guest server I was rudely told that no one else had complained so it must be because I had an IPhone ( the trainee sitting next to the receptionist was also unable to connect on her iPhone. ) No one offered to check the system. I had to rely on my Mobile Data and nearby cafes for Internet. I discovered that the unit I was in was currently for sale which might account for the huge decline in the quality and general condition of the unit. It’s a pity to see that management has allowed this situation. The owner obviously didn’t want to spend any money doing it up before selling
. It’s a great location ( even though my Sydney friends warned me the area is dangerous at night). I never had any bad experiences even coming home late at night and it’s so convenient to everything.

kitchen seasonings

Good location, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood
It would be better if there are basic seasonings like salt and pepper, and cooking oil in the kitchen.

Happy Customers

Our group of three had an enjoyable stay in a comfortable two bedroom hotel apartment. The reception staff were exceptional in assisting us with queries and advice. We would definitely stay there again on return visits to Sydney.
