Housekeeping needs improvement

Stayed here July 9–12, 2026. The room was not properly dusted—found a lot of dust on the coffee machine, lamp, and furniture ledges. Housekeeping quality definitely needs to be upgraded for a 5-star hotel.

Very poor standard

Have stayed at other Pullman Hotels and saw them as an upmarket option in the Accor group. Hyde park was not that. The rooms was very basic and it was allegedly a Suite. Decor was awful. Towels poor quality and pretty much nothing extra. TV was slow to the point of being unusable.
Checkin was slow and frustrating and having to provide a physical credit card when I had already provided online was a joke.
Basically over priced and not to the standard I expected. Will never stay again.

This hotel was a perfect location. Walkable to most everything we wanted to do, but also across the street to the Metro station (and a direct train to the airport). It was clean and felt very safe.

Great stay loved the late check out and friendly staff and the view of the park - if I was to knit pick would be great if the bedroom windows were a bit cleaner perhaps they’re due a clean soon and we we were a bit unlucky.
Pool and spa is open until 11pm which is a great facility too

Unfortunately as the property was fully booked, We didn't get a room with a bath as advertised.
Good central location
Lovely rooftop pool
