perfect location

The Hotel Urezza is located in one of the best locations in IschglIschgl and only by braking sharply at the end of the descent will you be prevented from driving straight into the ski cellar.
Trofana and Champagne Hut within a minute walk.

Very unfriendly owner

While arriving the hotel we met a very unfriendly owner. We were told that she didn't like people that have been drinking some beers. I can assure you that we were just happy to arrive after 3 hours in a taxi. When our friends would like to visit us, they were stopped by the owner at the reception. We were not allowed to have our to friends at our room while we were getting ready to go. This hotel is located in the main street of Ischgl, with this location you should be a little more patient with your customers. The hotel, location and the breakfast is good. The owner should consider to retire because she is definitely not sending out any good vibes.

Top location at a fair price

The hotel is perfectly located in Ischgl. The cable car is next door, there is a large car park directly accessible from the main road and it is right next to the pedestrian zone with lots of bars and shops. The breakfast was very extensive.
All in all, everything was good.

Cute small hotel in a great location

We visited the hotel for a ski trip. The hotel has a great location, directly at the bottom of a ski run, only a few metres away from a cable car up the mountain and the heart Ischgl apres ski life.
The tone for our visit was set when we were greeted by the friendly owner. She provided all the information we needed to know about the hotel as well as information about skiing in the area and the village in general. All her advice turned out to be good advice.
Our two suites were sizeable, well maintained with recently renovated bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned daily.
The breakfast buffet was excellent especially when you take into account the size of the hotel. Each morning there was a hot breakfast option as well as the more classical continental style breakfast choices.
There are several little touches around the hotel, like complimentary hot tea when you come of the slopes or biscuits in reception, which shows the thought the owner puts into trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel has a sauna and steam room which we did not use in part because of its relatively short opening hours - to be fair with the current cost of energy it would probably be wasteful to have longer hours.
I would recommend this hotel and would happily visit it again.

Lovely place to stay and close to everything

A great hotel run by a lovely family. We were greeted by very helpful staff at check-in and a well appointed and clean room. The breakfast provided is exceptionally good and served by warm and attentive staff. There is direct access to a drying room for your ski gear, as well as a sauna. Centrally located to the ski lift, return ski run, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.
