Staff was rude and room smelled bad. Good location but attitude and comfort must be improved. The view of the mountain was also not really a view (looked directly at another hotel, with only a sliver of a view) and sauna was not always available to use, so the advertising was somewhat false.

Simply beautiful again!

The view from the terrace is simply stunning. I was there every afternoon and drank my after-work beer there.
The service was simply excellent although all the employees are very attentive and friendly.
That's why I don't want to write the name so as not to favor anyone in particular...

Gorgeous

I've never stayed here, but have visited the terrace cafe many times. The cakes are to die for, and the view across to the Zugspitze even more so. Staff are friendly, and allow me to practice my rudimentary German without 'helpfully' breaking into English! A very special place.
