Great pension in top location

Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast, very nice hosts, all in all a very pleasant stay.

Rude and naughty!!!

I haven't had such a rude reception from a hotel owner yet! After 7.5 hours of driving we arrived and could not go in at all. It was said by email that the room cards would be hung in an envelope at the entrance. There was an envelope with a foreign name. Half an hour someone tries to reach without success. Then finally it was the owner's turn. I said the cards weren't hanging at the entrance. She claimed that it was not true, I said it again that it is not related to our names, but a female name and again with a cheeky tone it must be. I said that my boyfriend didn't have a female name and then finally said she was coming. When she came my car was parked in the passageway to the back parking lots. Before I could greet her, she started yelling at me that I had to drive the car away as she was always getting complaints. Not knowing if there's a passage, I asked her to go back. Then she snapped and started yelling at me. I told her in a different tone to talk to me differently!
The cards were still in the office. First she went to the rooms and then she got the cards. She started moaning again even though her mistake was and telling me about the passage again as if I were stupid. Then I mentioned my profession and stressed that I tolerated such behavior. The whole week I didn't look at myself and brought the coffee for breakfast.
I received the invoice by email 2 days before that, which said double-pressed numbers. On the day of departure, she said something was wrong with the bill and showed the email to her. Again with that arrogant tone said that she had sent it right. I emphasized that I went on a business trip and I can't use such a bill. In the end, she pushed, held my hand and said goodbye.
Arrogant, apparently friendly and cheeky!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Hotel is clean and right on the slopes.
For 180 euros/day the breakfast was very sparse!

Amazing visit to Solden

Had an amazing time visiting Solden for the first time and was very fortunate to have stayed at Pension Heiners. The hotel is so close to the lift, it is clean and well run with a great breakfast and the hosts were wonderful.
Would gladly stay there again on my next visit!
