Hochwasser so did not spend to much time outised in the rainy weather. Hotel gave a serene peace. The Spa looked very relaxed, unfortunately during my stay no free time-slot available.

Breakfast and quiet

Very good hotel on the main square. Very good atmosphere and tastefully decorated. The breakfast room is beautiful. The single room is spacious and quiet with large window to clean rear open space. The bed approximately 1.30.Great breakfast. Thank you.

More like a 3-star than a 4-star

I expected a four-star hotel to have someone at the front desk for more than a few minutes a day. Honestly, there wasn't much interaction with the staff and it was hard to get help if you needed it.
To check in, you have to use a speaker outside the building that barely works.
I would definitely consider another location for next time, where contact with staff is not expected, such as the apartments.
I wonder how they got four stars, as the standards are more in line with a 3-star hotel.

Wonderful location in the heart of a beautiful little city. Really nice new rooms with beautiful mid-century matching wooden furnishings. Classy!

Great location in the city centre

The location is unbeatable, you are right in the middle of things. There is a parking space in the garage nearby over the Ennssteg, about 5 minutes from the hotel
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, but you have to leave the hotel and go back into an adjacent building, which is a bit inconvenient but bearable. Unfortunately, we had a room where it was not possible to open the windows because the handles had been removed. However, since the building is old, there is no extra room ventilation that you could have used. The beds were not a highlight and the entire interior was a bit worn. The bathroom, however, must have been renovated in the meantime and looked quite modern.
