Vienna in the heart

We were guests at this property in August. Hotel located right in the center, clean, welcoming, and qualified staff. In particular, Ms. Sabina and Mr. Pippo are kind, professional, and competent people. We will definitely return for the Christmas season.

Fabulous Hotel and I'd Stay Again

This hotel was fabulous and very central to all you need if staying in Vienna. The facilities were wonderful, especially the Firenze restaurant downstairs. This is where you have breakfast, but in the afternoon and night it is a busy restaurant and the food is incredible. I also dined at Settimo Cielo rooftop and it was excellent. The staff are amazing the room is incredible and very spacious. There is a lift but the stairs were easily done. I loved the walk in robe. I'd stay again and again. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress protector made me sweat.

Dear Kerry!
Thank you very much for your wonderful and detailed review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our central location, spacious room, friendly team, as well as your visits to Ristorante Firenze Enoteca and Settimo Cielo. We are sorry that the mattress protector affected your sleeping comfort, please next time just address our reception and our housekeeping team will gladly remove it.. We would be very happy to welcome you back on your next visit to Vienna.
Kind regards, your family Kremslehner
