Centrally located!

Stayed at this hotel for one night during my recent visit to Vienna. Check in was quick and handled by Nazanin, who was polite and friendly. The room was small and very simple but very clean and the bathroom had a powerful shower and clean towels. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day. The location is brilliant - close to restaurants and the train station and about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Farshad was very friendly and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed before leaving so would recommend this hotel!

Hotel Terminus Vienna-- a great place to stay, central location, great staff.

My daughter booked this hotel for us, and I can not fault it. Check-in was easy and staff friendly, plus our rooms were available early.
The rooms were good, not massive, but enough for our needs. The location of the hotel is great, a short walk into town, a large market in the other direction, and an easy walk to other places of interest. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I didn't pay for the stay so I can't comment on value for money.
The hotel is an older building so any noise does carry, but there was very little especially from outside. The breakfast was good, the offering wasn't massive but there was hot scrambled eggs and sausages. A toaster, plenty of cheese, ham, fruit, yogurts, cereal, croissants, and a coffee machine.

Excelent

Nice hotel, close to the center. You can easily reach all the tourist attractions if you like to walk. Nice staff. Clean room and ok for the price paid. Quiet area

Simple hotel, comfortable, well located and with lovely staff especially Farshad who helped us a lot to know what to do in Vienna

Good hotel with great value for money

We stayed 3 days with my family, in a quadruple room in this hotel. Very good location to visit the center (10 minutes walk from Hofburg) while 8 minutes away is the metro to reach all other main areas. Quiet area, the hotel is renovated and clean, offers a buffet breakfast for a fee tried one day (in our opinion a bit expensive for what is offered).
Our newly renovated 3rd floor room interior side, large enough for 4 adults, very comfortable beds.
If I may leave a tip for a possible improvement, it would be appropriate to install a smoke extractor in the bathroom as it is not windowed.
Staff helpful and kind, especially I would like to thank Farshad for the great Welcoming (among other things in perfect Italian) but especially for his professionalism giving us great advice (for example where to park) you see that he does his job with dedication and passion.
Overall a hotel absolutely to choose for visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.
