A wonderful stay in Vienna

Our three weeks stay at Mint@Naschmarkt Apartments was wonderful. The apartment we were assigned was spacious, clean, bright, and well-appointed in an easy, contemporary style. Lighting in all areas worked well. Housekeeping, once a week, was excellent, and was arranged on the day most convenient for us. (Extra housekeeping is available, if desired at extra cost). The building is well maintained. The manager, Christian, was very helpful: if we needed extra towels, they were there momentarily, as was an HDMI cable, with a USB C adaptor; advice on local restaurants, dry cleaner and supermarkets was immediately forthcoming. Christian certainly made it feel as if his only goal was to make us happy—and he did.
The neighborhood is excellent, and is within 10 walking minutes of so many of the major attractions, e.g. the Staatsoper, the MusikVerein, the Kunsthistorisches Museum. The Musik Theater an der Wien is a three minute walk. Nonetheless, the Mint is off the tourist beaten track, albeit a one minute walk to the Naschmarkt. The neighborhood gave us a whole different sense of Vienna from when we were there a few years ago staying in the Innerestadt. It confirmed our belief that Vienna is one of the wonderful places in this world.
Public transport was easily accessible, the U4 subway a five minute walk and the Burggarten tram stop about ten. Karlsplatz is about also about a five minute walk.
