Very good
Marwa is an exceptional front desk receptionist. She is always welcoming, professional, and helpful, with a warm smile that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Her efficiency, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly reflect a high level of customer service. She is a great asset to the hotel.

Unforgettable experience
Had a blast during my birthday! The location with a view of the city on the rooftop is breathtaking. Room is very comfortable, clean and spacious . Food was delicious. The staff goes beyond expectations. Thank you!

Frozen pizza and dreadful service
Went for the oysters and sparkling wine deal as advertised
Service was non existent
We had to attract a waiter’s attention after 20 mins to order
Oysters were nice enough but we ordered a pizza too which was a very basic frozen pizza. Cheap quality. Overall though the terrible service is a reason not to return.
