I had a very pleasant stay at Ramee Palace Hotel in Juffair. The customer service was one of the highlights of my experience. The staff were consistently welcoming, courteous, and eager to help with any request. From check-in to check-out, they were professional, attentive, and made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel is conveniently located in Juffair, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
I would gladly stay here again and recommend Ramee Palace Hotel to anyone looking for friendly service and a comfortable stay in Bahrain.

I would like to share my experience staying at this hotel. During my visit, I hosted a friend in my room. At other hotels, no additional fees were requested for registering a guest; however, here they asked for a 10 BD fee as an extra charge. There was no prior clarification on this fee, and I felt the situation was a bit awkward. I recommend that this policy be clarified for the future, so other guests do not face the same confusion.

One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. I was upgraded to a suite which was great. However getting into the room i wanted to shower but there were no towels. I requested some but they never showed up so I dried off with a Tshirt. The safe battery was dead so i couldnt lock up my valuables. The air conditioning was broken so it was a warm 24°c the whole time. The handle on the bedroom side of the door was missing. If i had closed that door i would have been trapped in the room. I tried to take naps in the afternoon but the music coming from the pool 8 floors dow. Sounded like it was right next to me. They did offer to switch my rooms due to the ac, but after all the issues with this room who knows what i would have been walking into. You get what you pay for i guess.
