Only stayed for one night, but cant think of anything bad..
Room was spotless and air conditioning was amazing... it was 38 degrees Celsius while we were there!
Staff were really helpful, good parking underground parking garage, and breakfast was lovely.

Nice room, but there is still room for improvement.
We stayed in the spacious room The Homey, which along with the bathroom was comfortable.
One flaw is that the room does not have a window that can open to ventilate. There is air conditioning, but as soon as it is off the room gets very warm. If you leave the air conditioning on, you will still feel a draught at night, even when it is on the lowest setting.
The cleanliness could also be better. There were webs of dust in the corners of the room and under the bed were quite a few dust picks.
In addition, we noticed that the prices do not always seem to be the same and that there is an extra charge for parking the car.
Those who want to eat in the hotel in the evening should also note that the menu does not fully match what is on the website. For example, there were no fries available, while they are listed on the website.
Breakfast was provided, but it was a pity that at 8.30 am there was only one small sandwich (pistolet) available and that the stock was no longer replenished.
All in all a pleasant stay thanks to the beautiful, spacious room, but there are certainly some areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness and breakfast service.

We had a great stay. The rooms were nice and big - we had two of the Roomy’s. The room was almost great - looked nice but was very dusty. The fridge and the safe were overheating in the cupboard. The curtains didn’t quite fit the window so total blackout wasn’t an option and our room had the morning sun - but this didn’t stop our enjoyment of the room.
We made good use of the pool which was much appreciated in the heat. Breakfast was a small selection but was nice - we ate late so the bread and pastries were a little on the run down by the time we got to it but there was still enough.
All in all we enjoyed our stay - just needed a tiny little more attention to detail to be perfect.

We stayed in the spacious room The Honey. The room and bathroom were comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Really excellent experience!
I stayed at this hotel in Belgium and was fully satisfied in every respect. The property is impeccably clean, very cozy and located in a pleasant pedestrian area that makes the stay even more relaxing.
The rooms are beautiful, attention to detail, with a sober, elegant and at the same time extremely comfortable. You immediately perceive the attention to the quality and well-being of the guests.
The staff is very kind, always helpful and highly professional. I also had the pleasure of lunch and dinner at the hotel: excellent service and excellent quality of dishes.
