Lovely guesthouse
We were collected from Maun airport by the, very friendly, Kenneth and taken to the guesthouse. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, Lez.
The guesthouse overlooks the river and has lovely rooms with enormous beds. There is good StarLink internet.
We had a tasty dinner cooked by Marsha.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to rest before or after a safari
Fantastic hospitality and great relaxing spot to rest for a few days before or after a safari.
The team will cook dinner or arrange a bbq on request. They are happy for you to bring take away and will provide dishes and cutlery.
Breakfasts provided enough choice for our group to be happy.
The verandah and backyard offered a fabulous view and relaxing ambiance.
The hostess was wonderful and friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
The property is fully fenced to keep the local hippo and crocs out. There is an amazing array of birds that pass by and some very comfy chairs to sit and read a book.
I suggest hiring a car to get about Maun. The bathrooms are functional. We wished for a bit more heating in the cold winter mornings but had a wonderful and restful time here.
We also enjoyed Maun, despite it being small.
There is a huge mall on the other side of the river about 10 minutes drive that has major supermarkets and Woolworths for supplies.
It’s about a 15 minutes drive from the airport.
