The hotel is in an old building, but I found everything very well taken care of. The hotel is very clean and the service, from everyone, very kind. Very well located hotel.

Fair for the price great location

The location of Hotel Princesa Louçã is definitely one of its strongest points—very convenient and well situated, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
The hotel itself feels a bit outdated and shows signs that it was once a more luxurious property. You can still notice that past charm in the elegant wooden doors and classic interior details, which give it a certain character.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with good variety and quality. The staff were also consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night’s rest.
However, there are some important drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was very unstable and kept dropping, which can be frustrating, especially if you need to work. The air conditioning also struggled during the midday heat, making the room less comfortable at times.
Overall, it’s a decent stay with great potential, but it needs updates and improvements to match modern expectations.

GOOD LOCATION

Good location, near of TEATRO DA PAZ (a old and magnific theatre) and excellent food, but I think the hotel could have bigest beds and news bathroons.

Hotel Princess Louisiana

Irretrievable attention! Perfect! Great location, in front of the Peace Theatre and next to the cultural center of the Amazon Bank (location is also imperative) The hotel staff is extremely well trained and attentive. Pleasant stay.

Good location..close to the city and they had some kind of braderie/market sale today. It was very pleasant and we loved the variaty at breakfast.
