Old but good hotel

In passage by Florianópolis, we stayed one night in this hotel. Well located. Solicited attention. Room of good size. Big and comfortable bed. The hotel must be old: It's hard to find bathrooms with the same dishes as this one. But the shower is very good. Breakfast, come on. Great parking. We had a great night of rest.
* The first room that we were designated, when we entered, we saw that someone had used it and that they had not arranged. We returned to the reception and immediately the attendant relocated us in the next room. Arrumado and well clean.

I was very satisfied that staff was terrific and that place it was nice and clean. I didn’t see one mosquito.

Hotel that leaves nothing to be desired

I stayed at the Tri Hotel Florianópolis and, unfortunately, my experience left to be desired. The main downside was the comfort of the room. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, which compromised my nights of sleep. The bathroom also needed improvements, both in structure and in maintenance. In addition, the room air conditioning was not efficient, making the environment unpleasant.
On the other hand, I emphasize the good location and the friendly service of the staff, but I believe the hotel needs to invest in renovations and improvements to offer more comfort to the guests.

Tri hotel a pigsty

Literal the worst in hotel mattresses all stained the bed two places are one and put together bedding so fair that it came out from all sides ceramics loose, mice in the parking lots, pool with green water do not clean etc etc

Reasonable

Simple hotel for those passing by, very good breakfast. What annoyed me was the lack of goodwill from the receptionists when indicating a place to make a snack or dinner. They said there was nothing nearby, and there are several options nearby. There is also a point, next to the hotel passes a sewer which causes quite bad smell. But if you don't open the room windows, you won't feel it.
