Great location. Quiet. Much peace.

Great location. Rooms need repairs very moldy. Breakfast needs to improve the quality. Staff little contact.

LACK OF MAINTENANCE IN THE HOSTEL

Lack of maintenance in the hostel.
Rooms and bathrooms without care.
Old boards and out of the size of the toilet pot.
Old, clogged shower.
Rooms do not shield from light and animals.

Good facilities. However, it needs maintenance

Well located guesthouse, chalet with good size for 2 people.
However, walls and lining moffed, with cute paint, lack of daily cleaning (was 3 days), a lot of difficulty to open the door (Chalé Jacrandá Mimoso).
Breakfast left nothing to be desired. On Thursday with mixed eggs, yogurt and granola. Friday and Saturday without amenities. To have an egg mixed, you had to ask. Lack of salty bread options.

Bad experience

Bad experience! It was to spend the weekend, we went in on Saturday and we would leave late afternoon on Sunday. We were poorly served since the reception. A huge unwillingness to take us to the chalet, chalet!!! A bedroom with fuzzy walls, bed linen covered with shit, a bamba chair to sit inside the bedroom and an extremely dirty outside. We were four, as there were only 2 bath towels we requested another 2, the attendant complained that we would have to "go down there down again"... we walked around the city, we resumed the Inn, dirty pool, attending the bar when asked if there was service responds that had closed because there was no one... what were we????? We closed the account on Saturday! Nobody even asked why we gave up staying until Sunday!!! We paid expensive for a bad service!!!! Never again!!!

Mud, mold and the worst showers I've ever taken in my life

We booked a chalet at Pousada do Ipê, in the city of Goiás, for the period from March 27th to 31st, 2024 (four nights), for a total price of R$ 2,196.00. Upon arriving, we were directed to the Jacarandá Mimoso chalet, which is actually a room with a bathroom. The reservation was for two people, but there was only a single chair, a single bedside table and a double bed that was actually two small single beds joined together. The "bed", without a headboard, was placed against a wall covered in mold, under a permanently closed window. To get to the chalet, both through the parking gate and through the inn's main entrance, we had to cross an area full of dirt and some rocks. There was no sidewalk leading, one way or the other, to the cottage. As it was raining, we had to step through puddles of water and mud. When we arrived there wasn't a single doormat, or rug, to wipe the mud off our feet. We spoke to an employee and she brought us a bathroom rug, already covered in mud. The exterior walls of the cabin, which were once white, were black due to the large amount of mold. The chalet appears to have been built without a plan, because the three windows, the bathroom door and the door that gave access to a supposed balcony occupied all the walls, leaving no place to put the bed. We didn't even open the balcony door, because there were no comfortable chairs to sit outside (and there was only one uncomfortable one). But the worst of all was the shower. A shower of the worst quality, with dropper water, only gave us two options: either an extremely cold shower or a shower with boiling water, to the point of hurting our skin. They were the worst showers I've ever taken in my life. Not to say that everything was bad, the inn is well located and the breakfast was very good, with a good selection, and prepared with care by friendly staff. The customer service staff didn't make much of a point of showing friendliness. All of this for more than R$500 per day.
