Very good.

Very nice hotel in Macapá, already with some time of life, but well cared for and revitalized. Room with good size, hotel service also very good. The daily came out at about one hundred and seventy reals. Quiet location and close to the airport.

The room have a good space and the beds are good. They give you only 1 key per room even you have another person with you. The service at the hotel like restaurant aren’t good. No parking covered, limited spots so you’ve to park on the streets.

Hotel Atalanta in Macapá, a bad choice.

The Hotel Atalanta in Macapá is simply horrible, when arriving at 3:30am of the morning of October 2, the receptionist who was sleeping on the reception sofa did not locate my Reservation, so they gave me a room on the ground floor of the building but without a window, a room that should have been used for a short time, because the bathroom and toilet was dirty, as well as the towels still wet, I complained with the receptionist who, still sleepy, informed not to have another availability even I having shown the state that the room was. In the morning I complained again and they gave me a room a little better, clean, but the night I noticed that the TV wasn't working on what I didn't even insist for them to change the device, I no longer had any hope of good care, when making the checkout, I who had already paid in advance was charged again and then a new discussion until they locate the payment that had already been made so that the new charge on my card was reversed, which has not yet happened, in short this hotel ATALANTA to be classified as bad still has a lot of floor, everything is awful, bed, towels, bathrooms, facilities, care, decadent reception, nothing to do with the photos of the site.

Excellent experience

Wonderful experience from reception, food, room, cleaning. I went with my family and we stayed in a huge, comfortable room. My children enjoyed the pool and the terrace. Hotel close to the shopping center, center. Receptive employees. I highly recommend it and whenever I return to Macapá I will return to Atalanta.

For those who don't care about cleaning

Bad hotel. I spent 4 days and ON NO DAY did they clean the room or even take out the trash. I even had to ask for toilet paper at reception because there was no supply. The cleanliness of the facilities in general is poor.
Very thin pillows. There is only open TV. Breakfast is a joke: dirty dishes, almost no replacement and the items are really bad.
The location is good and the staff are friendly, but that's all that's positive.
