Great experience!

From the check-in to the smallest details, everything was done with a lot of attention and affection. I will definitely come back more often in Christmas and I will always stay at the Ibis. Outside the view from the room that was the most amazing of all! Congratulations to the whole team, you were too many, the experience would not have been the same without each of you, from reception to governance!

Comfort, welcoming and quality from start to finish

Very nice days at Ibis Natal! In addition to a comfortable room and a capricious breakfast, the big difference was the care of everyone who made me feel very well received. Thanks for the welcome and the great experience!

Welcome that made a difference

My accommodation was excellent from beginning to end!
I would like to thank you for all the welcome I received, from the care during the booking to my stay at the hotel. I was welcomed with great affection and still had the surprise of receiving a special mim, a gesture that made the experience even more striking.
I highlight the professionalism and sympathy of Erick and Camila, always very polite, attentive and concerned. I was also very well received at the restaurant by Lincoln, who provided exceptional service.
I also thank all the collaborators who, directly or indirectly, contributed to making my Christmas trip so cozy.
I leave with great memories and I definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much for the affection and welcoming!

Clean and organized hotel with an excellent full breakfast.

The guy who checked us in, after midnight was super friendly. It was nice to see that kind of energy at that time of night.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the shower and our door wouldn’t close properly from the outside.
The free breakfast buffet was ok, the young man who made us omelettes was very friendly and did a good job.
