Very pleased!!!

Sensational, besides the environment being impeccable, the service is even better, of all employees. Pools, jacuzzi, hydromassage, common environments, all very well cared for and clean. Support always attentive and ready to attend. I was very pleased with my choice. The only thing I missed, is more options for lunch and dinner with fresh food, as the options are pre-ready dishes heated in the microwave, but all this is precisely warned.

Price a bit salty for the place, but the guesthouse is nice

I went on a rainy weekend where I thought there would be few people, but it was pretty full. The environment is nice, the rooms have a good size, the mattress of the room 14 needs to be changed, because it is already too soft by the wear of the weather, the swimming pool even with rain is well heated, and the breakfast is the best of all, especially because of the environment with wood stove that removes the house very much in the interior, leaving a very good taste of welcoming.
Ah, I found the price of the caipirinha very high for the guesthouse. In the local restaurants are just over half the value of the guesthouse. They need to lower the value.

It rains inside the room

I gave it two stars because:
- The place is beautiful and charming.
- The shower is good (electric).
- The staff are friendly and polite.
- Breakfast is simple but well prepared.
Although...
- It rains inside the room (at least the one I stayed in).
- The beds are extremely small, uncomfortable and smell musty.
- The towels are black, and some bed linen is red, making it impossible for us to see if they are dirty or stained. I believe that it should be mandatory for hotels to use only white bed and bath linen.
- The pool was quite dirty during our stay.
Anyway, I wouldn't stay at this inn again and I believe it's not worth even half the amount invested. Here is the lesson and the contraindication for those who intend to stay in Macacos and have a minimum of comfort.

Vale a pena

Estivemos na pousada no Carnaval 2023.
Roupa de cama e quartos limpos, café da manhã espetacular, bolos deliciosos. Staff gentil. O redário é um lugar delicioso para ler, descansar, dormir ou fazer "vários nadas". Fica perto de um riacho e das cachoeiras. Lugar muito aprazível.

Razoável

Razoável. Os funcionários são gentis, possui uma boa piscina; porém falta manutenção na pousada, o restaurante é bastante simples e as roupas de cama são sofríveis, assim como os amenites de banho. Como disse, o ponto positivo fica por conta da gentileza dos funcionários, em especial a Ana, sempre sorridente e solicita.
