Good accommodation and well located

Hotel with good cost benefit close to Shopping China. Nice and quiet rooms. Breakfast is good and with a lot of variety

Desponded

I've had better experience. This time it was terrible! The fit we stay, O. Bathroom was tiny, water was missing and hot water did not work. No structure for the elderly. I disappointed!

Sensational!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the entrance of the city, almost in front of the Planet Outlet! The room is wonderful, amazing breakfast with various options (it was seen that I served 3x and I only went to lunch after 14:00). I have nothing to complain about! Honestly, I would come back more often if necessary!

Hote does not return value

Title of the complaint:
I was abused and I am being ignored after cancellation within time – Herval Park Hotel
Message:
On the 15th, I made a pre-paid reservation at the Herval Park Hotel in Ponta Porã, worth R$450.00. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation, but I did so within the time limit.
I was instructed to contact the owner of the hotel, Mrs. Bia Bordão. Since then, I've been completely ignored. In addition to denying my refund, the hotel owner was rude and uneducated in the service. A total lack of respect for the customer!
I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated and the posture of the hotel. It is absurd to have to go through this after acting correctly and cancel in time. I want the refund I am entitled to!
A shame

Reasonable Hotel

Reasonable hotel.
The bathroom box is small...
But the breakfast was really good, with many varieties.
If you are passing through Ponta Porã we will return,
In the room they have to correct the points of sockets, in addition to a few do not have near the bed.
