There’s not a single thing I’d complain about. From cleanliness, food, service and the pool - it’s everything you need for a relaxing trip. The hotel is near the beach where you can find a lot of stores and cafes. I would go again.

Worst hotel I have ever been to

Hotel full of unruly bad mannared kids/teenagers. trowing bottles at doors and running up and down the corridors all night long. This went on all night every night.. complained to the management but they didn't want to know. They laughed at me. The management are very rude and should not be running an hotel. No class!! Staff are afraid they will loose their jobs if they don't do as they are told. Do not come to this hotel if you are looking for a nice peaceful holiday. The carpets on the corridors are filthy and the hotel is a very bad low standard.

The worst

Very dirty,no soup at bathroom,the towels never changend,they lied about the parking spots,they have only 4 and their are not fot tourists,their are for the staff.
We had to pay a ticket for parking our car ,in the front of this horrible hotel.

Neglecting accomodation

Unfortunately I can't get a group of kids settled in the hotel for the 5th day now.
Kate (+359885297740) hung on me promising to fix it tomorrow (again).
A hotel administrator (00359888612967) told me the issue is with the group head who does not want to setlle ppl properly and hang up on me.
It is not true as accommodation is different from it was planned.
The rooms planned are 2, 2+1, 3, 3, 4, 2+3.
The rooms provided are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
It does not work as girls and boys cannot be accommodated in the same room.
- 7(!) girls are accommodated in a single room (my daughter is sleeping on a chair)
- the head of the group slept on a balcony last night and outside near water pool the night before
The hotel admnistration does not solve this issue not even talk.

You get what you pay for

Me and a mate stayed here for a short break to check out Sunny Beach.
Upon arriving we were upgraded to a suite which was massive and included a kitchen, but no pots pans or utensils ?
Our balcony was a sun trap 4th floor room 32c, Wanted to try traditional Bulgarian food and was not disappointed by the food on offer ( and im a fussy eater ).
Esp loved the Bulgarian meatballs.
We were the only english in the hotel, so were pretty much ignored by the locals ??
Staff were great and would fall over backwards to help where they could.
Overall would def stay again as this hotel is situated inbetween Sunny Beach and Nessebar so you get the best of both worlds.
The little NODDY TRAIN stops outside and for 4 lev each way you can get to both towns within 20 mins and top up tan at same time lol.
LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK NEXT YEAR 2020.
