For the price of the room for two nights, it met expectations.
Small table holding coffee maker & microwave didn't leave much space for a laptop.
Small fridge would have been nice along with a bedside clock.
Swimming lessons were in progress the one time I went to use the pool.
Needs more & clearer signage as you enter on a mezzanine floor, next floor up is 4 & going down its 3,2,1.
Handy to get to the C-Train 39th Street station by walking through the car-park. 2 stops from the Saddledome, 3 stops from city centre.

The air conditioner vented back into the room (making the room hotter) and the bathroom door was broken, partially hanging off the hinges and couldn’t be closed.

No ice machines that worked, pool out if service, drapes had holes in them as well as the shears, unfortunately on the 1st homeless persons hanging around by the Wi Dow on ground floor.

I called the front desk to ask about the air conditioning/heating because the system in our room was not working. The front desk staff said she would contact maintenance, but I never heard back from her.
Unfortunately, our room was freezing cold throughout the night, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

Arrived in Calgary by plane from Toronto at 10:30 PM and could not find the hotel.
Very hard to find street directions and no one was around to ask. Had to drive home eight hours throughout the night. Send better directions in future.
