Disgusting
Place is falling apart. Rats running around in the kitchen. Ants crawling everywhere. Owner not taking care of the property. Grass is knee high.
Weed growing everywhere. Rats running out from the garbage. Balcony dangerous. Windows broken. Disgusting place. Save your money and go somewhere else.Also place is not licensed.!!!!

No pride of ownership
To me this is a property bought for investment of land and no serious interest in bnb or guest experience.
Outside-chipped pain/ weeds everywhere/ flower pots empty
Inside: instructions written on paper everywhere
No air conditioning
No mugs for morning coffee
No screen on door
No recommendations for restaurants
Not easily accessible: stairs:tub
Location:25 minute walk to Falls

first I was greeted by a 10 year old girl did not sit well with me. she showed a break room where we can have a cup of coffee. there was no hot water makers.. not cream and other items.. just a jar of instant coffee
and then the old vintage setup isn't for me..
the room I stayed as Rose Room where from the bathroom there was a door to an open balcony... the set up was weird. I looked for locks . did not feel safe at all. may be Niagara is not a high crime place still as a visitor I did not feel safe.
then there was a window that was open about an inch.. I tried closing only to discover there is no way I can lock and secure. that window was facing the road side..
a suggestion to keep a Microwave oven accessible to all guests.. would have answered a lot of questions
most rooms had cockroach catching boxes . that did not make me feel comfortable.
also leaving the front door open through the night did not sit well fore as well. I had anxiety... due to these items. the play still may be good for others.. but I am not going to choose B&B anymore.. just one experience and I am done
