The hotel staff were fantastic. We were disappointed how small the “Premium” room was. In addition the layout was awkward with the TV located in the left corner of the room making it challenging to view. The hotel was quiet and located close to the O station and restaurants. We were also disappointed at the hidden $30 “sustainability” charge due at checkout.

Staff are pleasant, rooms are dated but clean and parking is limited. Overall a great location and would return.
Thank you.

place has seen better days, but the staff were friendly and helpful. some rooms directly face the adjacent office building, very little privacy.

Canadian owned and great vibe

I have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff are amazing and the hotel is a unique and understated gem. It’s close to everything and instantly relaxing once you are in the front door.
