In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Please note that all guests, including children above 12 years, need to provide a government-issued ID at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorisation charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest's account. Visitors are allowed in the property from 10:00 to 21:00, and they need to show a valid ID upon arrival. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Car rental services are available on-site. Please check with the property front desk for prices. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. Pets are accepted upon request A pet fee of $29 CAD plus tax per night applies. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 11 kg. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations. Pet owners are liable for any harm their pets may cause to others or the property. Pet owners are in charge of cleaning up after their pets. Please note that the use of the private kitchen is available upon request and will incur an additional charge of CAD 25. On-site, separate car rental services are available; please contact the front desk for assistance. Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee. Access to the second room is available for an additional charge of CAD 25 for the following room categories: One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, Harbour View One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, Robson Street Covered and uncovered parking is available with limited spaces and offered on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional charge. Please note that the hotel is currently undergoing light renovations as part of our ongoing commitment to improving guest accommodations. Renovation work is conducted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
