Exceptional service.

From the moment that we entered the hotel and were warmly and professionally greeted by staff, the service was always excellent. Food at the restaurant was lovely, and our welcome drink was fantastic. The hotel itself is fairly new, with beautifully decorated and well appointed rooms.

Generally this hotel is centrally located and close to amenities, however, they need to be more efficient at checkin as this lengthy and uncomfortable process has been repeated on several occasions. Trouble with point of sales machines and poor communication seems to not get resolved. Yikes!

This is a good hotel to stay at for a nights sleep. Clean rooms and facility.
If you are looking for extras like complimentary breakfast, this is not the place. I was also not impressed with a parking charge for our vehicle.
But it is a good place to stay, and the staff were great.

Great room, new and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was great.
Parking is limited but there seems to be plenty of street parking available. The location is great, and some excellent options for dinner are just steps away.

A great stay!

A fantastic stay thx u ..the most comfy bed n pillows..great air con too.. .so clean and quiet.. beautiful room with great amenities...a great location with lots to do in area .parking on site ..thx u for welcoming our pets.. Cynthia was so helpful at check in...
