Exceptional Service from Fatima Zahra
I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency, and I would especially like to thank Fatima Zahra at the reception for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was always ready to help with a genuine smile.
Fatima Zahra truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made a big difference to our experience.

Great hotel!
Absolutely exceptional service. Really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and accomodating staff, great facilities, very clean room and I got everything I needed during my stay. It was a 24 hour stop over for me between two flights and a late check in and check out were accommodated with no problem. Overall a great stay in many ways!

Layover great hotel
Really nice and well maintained hotel, rooms were excellent. Nice pool area and in close proximity to the airport for a layover. Lunch was really nice in the Spanish restaurant however upon ordering alcohol at the pool after paying for lunch at the hotel restaurant I was made buy more food to get a drink, I felt this policy is totally unnecessary and also after returning to the pool an hour after a I left some stuff also tried to force me to buy for before serving me alcohol. This policy is not ideal if you want travellers to return to your hotel and some staff got a bit aggressive re having to buy food after only having food an hour prior, luckily one of the bar staff recognised me and all was resolved.
Overall I had a positive experience apart from this and I would recommend staying here as it’s so convenient for a layover.
