A great St Regis experience as always

Amazing suite room, really friendly staff everywhere. We enjoyed the attentiveness of Jackline during the breakfast service who was a credit to the hotel brand and so attentive! We missed her on our final days. My children enjoyed the efforts of Keanna at the kids club who was so helpful and friendly, they also enjoyed their time with Jane and Lydia who showed them the tortoises for the first time. A special thanks also to Mateja for a warm final day and exit from the hotel. Too many staff to name but a great experience for the week and we will be sure to return.

Thanks for making my stay such a special one

My stay at The St. Regis Doha was exceptional from arrival to departure. The atmosphere felt elegant, warm, and genuinely welcoming, and overall the staff were consistently kind and attentive, which made the stay very special.
Thank you to Manan, the Front Office Manager, who helped make my arrival smooth after a very disappointing experience elsewhere. He made sure I was always well taken care of and arranged for me to be shown around the hotel by a colleague whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. That colleague also kindly accommodated my request at check-out to have a last coffee at the bar while my bill was being prepared instead of waiting in a busy reception. With very limited time before my flight, this was a thoughtful gesture that made my departure much more relaxed and enjoyable! (love the smoking lounge)
At the bar, thanks to Thessa, and especially to Mouad, who truly made my stay special with his warmth, kindness, and 10/10 constant attention. The food was also excellent!
Paul at the beach was always friendly and welcoming and added to the overall experience in a very positive way. And also all the other guys there were lovely.
Look forward to coming back to The St. Regis Doha when I’m next in Doha!

The barn

Ronaldinho at The Barn was amazing, attentive and friendly towards all the guests he was serving.His service was exceptional, and his cocktail recommendations were spot-on. He really made our experience special!

Kind & attentive staff

We had such a lovely experience! The pool staff especially Damit, Madan & Hasan were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They really made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. Thank you for the amazing service :)
