Excellent location!!
Very good experience! Excellent location; the beds are comfortable; the heating works perfectly; the view from the room is wonderful; the breakfasts are delicious; I would give the option to choose the flavor of the juices at breakfast; Karina, the receptionist, is very kind. I do not give 5 points because the bathroom chain was running, and it was necessary to juggle to stop it.

Cozy and well located
Cozy room, although small. Good bedding, just like the edredons. But the mattress is half soft. Room and bathroom heaters work very well. Very small bathroom box and shower fastening stand was in need of maintenance. I suggest installing shelf in the box to put the bath items like shampoo, conditioner, etc, since q the space of the box is so limited.
The accommodation has two floors, has no elevator and does not even have someone to carry luggage.
Breakfast is served in the complex restaurant. There are few dish options, but it is very tasty: choosing between measured eggs or cheese and ham sandwich (this is giant!) + coffee or tea + industrialized orange juice + portion of fruits. The service starts at 8:30 in the morning, the q is a little late for those going to the mountain to ski, because the preparation of the hot things takes a little bit.
There is room left to leave the ski equipment.
The complex around is pretty charming! It is only 8km to the ski center and the road is very good.

Great location
Well situated hotel close to restaurants and skiing.
This hotel is not at the ski area (Nevados de Chillan) but is only a short drive down the valley. It is well located — in a small courtyard with
- hotel restaurant (lots of outdoor seating)
- another restaurant Oliva’s, which is very good
- a ski shop
- a sweet shop
- a bakery
The hotel is modest and offers everything one might need. Larger family-sized rooms have refrigerators. There are rooms with a single king bed and others with two twins.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
It is on the paved road N-55.

Very bad rental ski / snowboard
⚠️ RECOMENDAÇÃO – LAS BRAVAS / LAS TRANCAS
Pessoal, gostaria de deixar um alerta para quem estiver pensando em alugar equipamentos de esqui em Las Trancas.
Tivemos um problema envolvendo uma troca de equipamentos de esqui entre empresas de locação. Quando surgiu a necessidade de regularizar a situação, a outra empresa se dispôs a fazer a troca e inclusive entrou em contato conosco para resolver tudo corretamente.
O problema é que a Las Bravas se recusou a receber e ficar com os equipamentos que pertenciam à outra empresa, mesmo sendo perfeitamente possível receber os equipamentos e resolver a devolução posteriormente entre as empresas.
Por esse motivo, deixo aqui minha recomendação para que não aluguem equipamentos na Las Bravas e que não indiquem a empresa para outras pessoas. Na minha opinião, quando acontece um problema desse tipo, o mínimo esperado é que a empresa tenha disposição para ajudar a resolver a situação.
Estou compartilhando apenas para que outras pessoas do grupo saibam do ocorrido e possam considerar essa experiência antes de escolher onde alugar seus equipamentos.

Chicos, quiero advertir a quienes estén pensando en alquilar equipo de esquí en Las Trancas.
Tuvimos un problema con el intercambio de equipo de esquí entre dos empresas de alquiler. Cuando surgió la necesidad de regularizar la situación, la otra empresa accedió a realizar el intercambio e incluso se puso en contacto con nosotros para resolverlo correctamente.
El problema es que Las Bravas se negó a recibir y quedarse con el equipo que pertenecía a la otra empresa, a pesar de que era perfectamente posible recibirlo y gestionar la devolución posteriormente entre ambas.
Por este motivo, les recomiendo que no alquilen equipo en Las Bravas y que no recomienden la empresa a otras personas. En mi opinión, cuando ocurre un problema de este tipo, lo mínimo que se espera es que la empresa esté dispuesta a ayudar a resolver la situación.
Comparto esto solo para que otros miembros del grupo sepan lo que pasó y puedan tener en cuenta esta experiencia antes de elegir dónde alquilar su equipo.

Volveremos
Al principio nos preocupamos por la música del bar de afuera pero en cuento cruzamos la puerta nada, cero ruido, las piezas impecables y calentitas, baños y espacios limpios.
El trago de cortesía en el bar se agradece y nos encantó tener el bar, restaurantes y negocios a la mano.
Volveremos de todas maneras.
